Good Tempe Bacem

Tempe Bacem

Material:

* 250 gram tempe, cut the size of 5x6cm
* 4 pieces, and sliced into 2 parts askew
* 2 pieces of bay
* 1 piece ginger
* 500 cc water / coconut water
* 50 cc oil

Mashed the ingredients:

* 1 tsp coriander
* 5 grains of red onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp tamarind
* 1 tbsp brown sugar

How to Make:

* Enter into a pot, water, coconut, bay, ginger and spices are mashed. Aduk until evenly mixed.
* Enter the know and tempe.
* Boil until the water runs out and know tempe cooked.
* Heat oil in frying pan.
* fried Tempe while know and be inverted to brownish color, but do not dry up too.
* Lift it
