Tempe chips

500 gr tempe
250 gr rice flour
5 pcs rough-skinned citrus leaves, sliced finely
250 ml water
500 ml cooking oil

Crash with blender:
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander
10 pcs candlenut
1 tsp salt

How to create:
1. Cut Tempe, thin.
2. Place the rice flour in a container, put the fine flavor, while give slosh water little by little until the average. Add sliced leaves rough-skinned orange, poke average.
